Installation#

pip install gemseo-box-subdivision

This command installs GEMSEO and gemseo-bilevel-outer-approximation, which provides the Benders formulation and the outer-approximation master used by the package.

Python versions 3.10 to 3.13 are supported.

Verification of the installation#

The plugin is registered through the gemseo_plugins entry point, so that its algorithms are available in the GEMSEO factories:

print(OptimizationLibraryFactory().algorithms)

Installation from the sources#

python -m pip install tox tox-uv
